We want you to love your pennants and banners as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard, non-custom home decor items. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your pennant to prevent creasing.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are shipped within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the quality of the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
